By using carmonthly.co.za you accept these terms. They cover the website only. If you take a car on subscription, the agreement you sign governs that relationship, and where these terms and that agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.

What is on this site is information, not an offer

Vehicles, specifications, availability and prices shown here are provided for information. Stock is drawn from our own returned fleet, each unit is unique, and a car shown today may be on contract tomorrow. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no agreement exists until an application is approved and a subscription agreement is signed by both parties.

We take care to keep listings accurate. Where an error appears in a specification, a kilometre reading or a price, we may correct it, and a corrected figure applies rather than the erroneous one.

Pricing shown on this site

The initiation amount of R20 000 is once-off and the same on every vehicle. Monthly amounts shown are the advertised all-inclusive figure for the mileage tier selected on the listing. The term runs up to 24 months, and to end it early you give us notice and hand the car back, with no early-termination penalty. The exact figures, the term and the notice period that apply to you are the ones written into your signed agreement.

Applications

Applying does not guarantee approval. We assess affordability on income, and we may decline an application. Where we do, we will tell you, and you may ask why.

Your use of the site

• Do not use this site unlawfully, or in a way that damages or overloads it.
• Do not scrape, copy or republish our listings, photographs or copy without our written permission.
• The CarMonthly name, logo, photography and site content belong to us or to the Drive OS group.

This site links to our sister brands and, from the contact page, to a mapping service. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of any site we link to.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Protection of Personal Information Act.
